Post-Tension Concrete Slab in lieu of an asphalt base
Lehigh
initially groomed its accuracy by pouring the first Post-Tension
Concrete Tennis Courts in our state during the early 1980’s.
The accuracy demanded there is exact and critical. ALL of those
post-tension courts are still in use today. With new color-coat
surface applications, many look as though they were built
recently.
More and more, far sighted tennis
court owners are now beginning to consider Post Tension concrete
construction as a long term cost saving alternative to the
initial cost savings of installing asphalt tennis
courts. By Tennis Industry
Magazine’s own statement, a Post Tension concrete tennis court
has a
40 to 50 year life span versus an asphalt court life of
approximately 1/3 that time. Acknowledging this fact, Lehigh is
committed to installing the concrete post tension slab
throughout the Southeastern tennis community.
The
Lehigh Post Tension foreman has 37 years of continual concrete
slab installation experience. Every Post Tension concrete
tennis court slab installed by Lehigh was poured by our current
foreman. He and our crew are on a concrete slab pour every week
there is acceptable weather. Any competitive contractor would
be hard pressed to find a work force with as much experience as
our concrete installation crews. The list of satisfied repeat
customers which are listed as Lehigh clientele are a testament
to their satisfaction with our talented crews.
